Grand Re-Opening of Daytona Ice Arena 9/12/09

The Sunshine Park Mall is pleased to announce the grand re-opening of the Daytona Ice Arena on September 12th, 2009. After nearly 3 months of no ice rink, South Daytona will have a newly renovated place to ice skate! The ice rink is located at the Sunshine Park Mall on US-1 (2400 S. Ridgewood Ave, South Daytona). The ice rink, formerly called Arctic Zone, is under new management and will offer skate programs, hockey, and a newly renovated game room and upstairs area. Check it out!

Purchased in 2004 by Clark Properties, the Sunshine Park Mall and Plaza has been remodeled as part of a multi-million dollar project to beautify the plaza and restore its original quality. We currently have 44 tenants who call Sunshine Park home, ranging from supermarkets, retail stores, restaurants, business offices, academies, and other various businesses and stores. The inside of the mall is air conditioned and an ideal place for mall walkers on a hot or rainy day, providing extra traffic to our businesses.
